Who we are
PahadiDrive is a taxi and car rental operator with its office at Kapil Complex, Kaladhungi Rd, Mukhani Chouraha, Haldwani, Uttarakhand - 263139, serving Kathgodam and Kumaon. You can reach us at info@pahadidrive.com or +91 77038 80430.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect only what is needed to quote and run your journey: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you use it, and your travel details — pickup point, destination, dates, passenger numbers, luggage, vehicle preference and any notes you choose to add, such as travelling with elderly passengers or small children.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a vehicle and driver, and contact you about that booking. We may keep a record of completed bookings for our own business and tax records.
Who we share it with
The driver assigned to your journey receives the details necessary to carry it out: your name, contact number, pickup point and destination. Enquiries submitted through the form on this site are processed by our server and delivered to our configured administrative email account using SMTP mail delivery. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Journeys requiring permits
If you travel with us to an Inner Line area such as the Vyas Valley, permit applications require identity documents to be submitted to the district administration. Those documents are provided by you for that purpose and are handled according to the requirements of the authority concerned. We do not retain copies beyond what is needed for the journey.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages and booking records are kept only as long as needed for the booking and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@pahadidrive.com.

This website is a set of static pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
